If ankiweb does not respond, the UI does not respond

Currently, ankiweb is down. Sync fails at 0.
If while the sync is running you cause the view to be redrawn, such as by changing from light to dark mode, you'll get a message telling you that the app is not responding.

If you just wait without doing anytihng, the app just tells you sync failed.
