Description
This issue tracks small UI improvements for the new design of Change Note Type screen.
1. Icon alignment improvement
Move the field and template icons to the start of the text.
For LTR layouts the icon should appear on the left side of the text, and for RTL layouts it should appear on the right side.
2. Typography consistency
Ensure font size is consistent between the current and new columns in the dialog.
