Restoring a note type to default doesn't update the fields

### What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. Add a field to the basic note type and some text to its front template. Save that.
2. Restore it to default.
3. Observe that the fields are not updated immediately.
4. Undo the restore to default action.
5. Observe that the fields aren't updated.

### Expected behaviour

It should update immediately.

- Doing some stuff like opening and closing the note editor makes it update.
- The previews in the note editor don't update either.
- Also, on older versions like 2.23.3, the previews in the card browser aren't updated.
