Deck Selection is not persistent between adding notes

### What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

Set up 2 decks, share text to Anki, select Deck #2. Share text to Anki again: expected Deck selection is persisted, actual deck is reset to default

### Expected behaviour

Expect behaviour deck selection to persist. As a User when I add a few notes in a row from outside the app (like Jisho.org) I expect my last selected deck to be persisted.
