Bug: Resizable Pane layout gets stuck when changing window sizes on tablets in Homescreen

### What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. Open the app on a tablet in full-screen mode
2. Resize the app into a "floating window" or put it in split-screen

Alternatively:
Start the app in a floating window, then maximize it to full screen

### Expected behaviour

The app should dynamically adapt to the actual window size
