App breaking when adding notes in Manage Note Types

### What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

Go to the manage note types screen, add card types to the basic card note. They should all be having {{front}} or {{back}} (I added 5 note types so 6 total). If you try to save it, you'll get a dialog box error that says card x and card y have the same content (I can't remember the exact dialog). Change the text on the conflicting notes to "{{front" or "{{front}", and then try and save it. You should just be stuck on the following dialog:

After reopening, the app is significantly slower and even crashed when I tried to manage note types and when I got in, I saw there were 20 card types, in the format of card 2+, card 2++ etc.

### Expected behaviour

The app should not break.
