Crowdin: Changing string value now causes re-translation

Not consistent with the [Development Guide](https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/Development-Guide/#handling-translations)

> If you update the value of an existing key it will not be marked as needing translation. Existing translations are preserved. If you need to change a string significantly, meaning it needs re-translation, you must use a new key and remove the old key.

Probably broken when we moved to the new version of the Crowdin API
