Regression: No default gesture profile

There used to be a set of default gestures assigned when you first enable gestures that (imho) was intuitive to use and didn't require any customisation. We previously settled on using swipe gestures as the defaults, so it would be good to restore the old behaviour unless there is a compelling reason to change it.
