Portable implies that you're able to make it so the application only reads/writes within the application's directory.
Please make it so that if a "portable" directory exists in the application's directory, it uses that directory instead of `~/.config/thoth`/`%APPDATA%\thoth`. Or something similar. I'd appreciate it.
