App crashes when we click on send request Button before the profile is loaded.

**Describe the bug**
On clicking any member in the member list page, and before complete loading of the description of member, if we click send request button, then app crashes
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Members
2. Click on any member
3. Before the page is loaded, click on send request
4. App crashes
**Expected behavior**
App should not crash, instead when the page is not loaded completely, send req button should be disabled.
**Smartphone **
- Device: Lenovo k8 plus
- OS: Android
- Browser chrome
- Android Version : 8
