### Describe the bug
[this design](https://xd.adobe.com/view/86c6a5f0-a4b9-4e0a-7fa6-4bb69c05572b-f0f7/) require following UI Tweaks:
- [ ] Align height of image to bottom of insights
- [ ] Align footer text of contact us to centre
- [ ] Footer icons: decrease horizontal gutter(spacing between)
- [ ] Footer: decrease space between content and header
- [ ] Footer: make headers same sizes as menu (header small)
