enhancement: Canonical ABI lifting and lowering

## Goal

Implement the Canonical ABI: lifting/lowering between core values and high-level WIT types (`string`, `list`, `record`, `variant`, `enum`, `option`, `result`, `resource`).

Scope to be refined after #92 Phase 1 (component parser) lands; the exact surface depends on the parsed representation.

Start with issue #92 and its Phase 1 component parser work, since this issue explicitly depends on component detection and the parsed representation. Refine the Canonical ABI surface after that parser lands, then define completion as lifting and lowering the listed WIT types—string, list, record, variant, enum, option, result, and resource—between core values and high-level types.
