Descripción
Add `--shadow none|sm|md|lg|glow` — a drop shadow/glow under the `#capture` card. There is none today. Refines #2 (custom style).

Start by finding how existing CLI flags and the interactive prompt are defined, then trace where options affect the rendered #capture card. Add a --shadow option with none, sm, md, lg, and glow choices plus matching prompt support. Done means each preset produces the requested drop shadow or glow under #capture.
