feat(Material): Custom Prompts and System Instructions for Angular Material

### Feature Description

In general AI systems produce acceptable quality Angular code to modern standards.

One area where I have found them to have a poor understanding is in their styling of Angular components to align with the latest Material 3 API and theming API. They often do not correctly differentiate between Material 2 and Material 3 styling (eg 'color=primary') and attempt to style component internals when a sutiable override exists

It would be useful to have a standard set of prompts/instructions for Angular Material 2 and 3 similar to those provided for the Core product.

- Helping AI models generate high quality code using Angular Material 2 and 3.
