bug(expansion panel): height doesnt resize in safari while expanded

### Description

height of the expansion panel doesnt resize in safari while the panel is expanded

in chrome it works OK

### Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:
1. resize the window while the panel is open

### Expected Behavior

the expansion panel body height should resize in safari too, just like it does in chrome

### Actual Behavior

the expansion panel body height doesnt resize in safari and content overflows

(note: if i close it and open it again the height is fixed)

- Angular: ^19.2.0
- CDK/Material: ^19.2.0
- Browser(s): Safari
- Operating System (e.g. Windows, macOS, Ubuntu): macOS

Comienza con la reproducción en StackBlitz, especialmente con src/example/expansion-overview-example.html, y reproduce el problema cambiando el tamaño de la ventana mientras el panel de expansión está abierto en Safari. Compara el comportamiento con Chrome y verifica que el cuerpo del panel expandido cambie de tamaño sin que el contenido se desborde, sin necesidad de cerrarlo y volver a abrirlo.
