in +14 timezone(Line Islands) angular material datepicker not showing december month dates in 1994


### Reproduction

StackBlitz link:
Steps to reproduce:
1. open material datepicker
2.change the system timezone to +14 timezone
3. in datepicker goto dec 1994 and see the datepicker no dates are shown except dec 1

### Expected Behavior

it needs t show all the dates

not showing dates in dec 1994 in +14 timezone

Commencez par la reproduction de Angular Material datepicker décrite dans l’issue et testez-la dans le fuseau horaire +14 Line Islands. Vérifiez spécifiquement décembre 1994, puis comparez le calendrier rendu avec l’ensemble complet de dates attendu. C’est terminé lorsque toutes les dates de décembre 1994 s’affichent correctement tout en préservant le comportement normal de datepicker.
