Dialog action button are half hidden on mobile devices

#### What is the expected behavior?
The action buttons should be visible

They are not fully visible

User can't use the action button on small devices

This is not the first issue I'm opening on the dialog, my last issue wasn't even answered. I hope this will be different...

Commencez par la reproduction StackBlitz liée et testez la boîte de dialogue dans un petit viewport mobile, notamment en faisant défiler la zone inférieure de la console vers le haut. Vérifiez que les boutons d’action sont entièrement visibles et utilisables ; l’issue ne nomme aucun fichier du repository ni aucun test à inspecter.
