Dialog action button are half hidden on mobile devices

This is not the first issue I'm opening on the dialog, my last issue wasn't even answered. I hope this will be different...

Start with the linked StackBlitz reproduction and test the dialog on a small mobile viewport, including scrolling the lower console area upward. Confirm the action buttons are fully visible and usable; the issue does not name a repository file or test to inspect.
