Deploy with a message

If you run `firebase deploy --help`, you can see that there is a `-m, --message ` option you can set.

It would be great to have the chance to set such a message using `@angular/fire:deploy` schematic.

Locate the @angular/fire:deploy schematic and inspect how it invokes Firebase deploy and defines its options. Use `firebase deploy --help` to confirm the existing `-m, --message ` option. Done means the schematic accepts a deployment message and passes it through to Firebase deploy.
