Support aube as package manager

Hey Team,

This issue to support aube as package-manager for new angular project, I was able to create a new workspace and use aube with all commands working fine,

I will work on this and open a PR soon so we can reiterate and catch any potential issues

### Describe the solution you'd like

Add the "enum": ["npm", "yarn", "pnpm", "bun", "aube"] in
packages/angular/cli/lib/config/workspace-schema.json and follow the same patter as of bun

### Describe alternatives you've considered

Start with packages/angular/cli/lib/config/workspace-schema.json and compare the existing bun package-manager handling. Add aube alongside the supported package managers, following the same pattern as bun. Done means creating a new Angular workspace accepts aube and the existing CLI commands continue to work.
