Description

*Describe the bug**
The 3.10 release adds double quotes around the ip address breaking most command line uses of fetchip in openers on windows.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Use fetchip. Create an opener with open {fetchip}, run in terminal, observe double quotes

**Expected behavior**
make the double quotes be added on another keyword than what everyone has in their custom openers
I have about 20 I use which are now all broken. I've looked for and tried several workarounds, and they don't work

**Screenshots**
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

**Versions (please copy from the About dialog or complete manually):**
- Version of Angry IP Scanner
- ipscan-3.10.0-
- OS, version, CPU architecture Windows 10, Intel
- Java version, vendor (`java -version`) - or if Windows installer was used with bundled Java
- Last working version of Angry IP Scanner (if applicable) ipscanner 3.9. I've regressed to that version for now

**Logs:**
- Please run Angry IP Scanner from Terminal and see if any relevant logs were written. Paste them here:
- Windows: `jre\bin\java -jar ipscan.exe` (inside of installation directory, e.g. C:\Program Files\Angry IP Scanner)
- Mac: `Angry\ IP\ Scanner.app/Contents/MacOS/ipscan`
- Linux: `ipscan` or `java -jar ipscan.jar`
