Define a "default" IP range

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'm always frustrated when I start Angry IP because it defaults to the VMWare Virtual Ethernet Adapter on 192.168.92.1 as the basis for the range settings, in this example it is 192.168.92.0 to 192.168.92.255.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like it to either default to the physical ethernet on 192.68.0.x OR have a setting where the default can be specified, perhaps under the "Favourites" menu item.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I have considered editing the launch settings in the start menu, which does work but I feel is less "user friendly".
