Weird scan results all ip pinging + packet loss + non existent MAC address

**Describe the bug**

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
intermittent on run sometimes does this other times normal

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
works like it used to i.e. genuine ping responses from only alive hosts with actual MAC address
