Installing Wireguard, took away connectivity of rutorrent

I installed Wireguard on Debian 10 and I also have rutorrent installed on same vps. Earlier I was able to seed but now I am unable to connect to other peers. Something went terribly wrong. My client shows I am seeding but my stats aren't getting recorded on tracker. I uninstalled Wireguard and rebooted my vps (2-3 times) still facing same issue.

EDIT: I guess something IPtables rules got changed by script or something affected like that, how do I debug and restore my connectivity to other peers. I don't need Wireguard, Just wish to fallback to previous set up and stay connectable to other peers by rutorrent seeding.
