Feature Request: Option to track user input only?

Possible to add a flag or option to track user input only? I use wakatime/wakapi to track when **I** am active, not just when I have an agent running. In Claude Code I have it set to send a heartbeat via hooks only when user input is submitted, enabling this. There a way to do the same here - limit to heartbeats sent only on user activity rather than ALL activity?
