Add Tag Feature for Notes

We would like to enhance the note-taking app by adding a tagging feature for notes. This will allow users to categorize and organize their notes more effectively.

**Proposed Features:**
- Allow users to create and assign tags to notes.

**Acceptance Criteria:**
1. Users can create tags when creating or editing a note.
2. Users can see existing tags associated with a note.
3. Tags should be editable and deletable.
