### Description
Implement basic voice recording functionality in the notes app.
### Tasks
- [ ] Add required dependencies (record, audioplayers, path_provider)
- [ ] Create VoiceNote model class
- [ ] Implement VoiceNoteController with basic recording functions
- [ ] Add recording permissions handling
- [ ] Create basic UI for voice recording
- [ ] Implement proper file storage management
- [ ] Add error handling for recording failures
**Note:** The voice recording option should be present as an alternative to the plus button in the Note Page to record and add an audio.
### Acceptance Criteria
- Users can start and stop voice recordings
- Recordings are saved to device storage
- Basic error handling is in place
- Recording permissions are properly requested
- Recording status is visible to users
