**Describe the bug**
The user specified `qc_metrics` argument in the QC tma notebook doesn't do anything.
Currently if you just set `qc_metrics = ["Non-zero mean intensity"]`, output files are also still generated for the nonzero_mean and 99.9% percentile.
**Expected behavior**
The notebook should only generate stat files for the listed metrics.
**To Reproduce**
Run the notebook set for a single qc metric.
