Support Windows and Linux `pip` installation

`timsconvert` is strictly a Windows / Linux x86_64 package, however that is the only portion of the pipeline which explicitly needs to be used on a Windows machine. While the conversion to an `imzML` and `ibd` file can be done on those devices, everything downstream should also be made available to users wanting to run it on their personal macOS devices.

This could be doable.
