描述

`tar` and friends are quite non-intuitive to use. Something like

```sh
new-tool compress -o
new-tool decompress
```

would be way nicer than

```sh
tar -cvjf
tar -xvjf
```

Using facebook's zstandard compression + tar might be a good idea:
https://github.com/albertdb/node-zstandard

One could also make the output nice by using `log-update`, for example.
