is this used in production?

Sorry for raising a bug for something that is more of a question. Considering that last activity was more than 9 months ago on this and that the README does not mention any projects where this is already used I felt the need to ask.

I find Gerrit CR net superior to GitHub PRs and at the same time I am missing the freely available Travis builds. So this project sounds like the missing link.
