Android Test orchestrator does not stop when force stopping the test run.

### Description
I am running UI tests with Android Test Orchestrator When I force stop the test run on AndroidStudio, the tests on the simulator continue to run.
### Steps to Reproduce
Run UI test (multiple test) using Android Test Orchestrator on a simulator.
While test are running one after the other, hit stop button on Android studio to abort the test run.

### Expected Results
Hitting stop button shall abort the test run on simulator as well.

### Actual Results
Test on simulator keeps on running.

### AndroidX Test and Android OS Versions
Android version 9.

androidx.test:orchestrator:1.2.0
