Unable to open device

I compiled my soft on Linux using MinGW64.
Both using a mingw- and windows-compiled libsoundio.dll, I get with my soft and all test exes :

How can I debug this ?
The build system is `x86_64-w64-mingw32` on ArchLinux x64. This build environment works fine usually.
The target system is Windows 10 x64 (right now using VirtualBox but also a physical system).
