logging in as admin doesn't work first try

1. node lib/server.js --delete-all-users
2. in the web client go to settings, make admin account
3. click logout
4. use the printed credentials in the server log to log in as the admin
5. notice that you do not have admin privileges, but you should
6. log out and in again
7. notice that you _do_ have admin privileges
