Update to work with KO 2.0+

I had to write a small extension to the `jqueryTmplTemplateEngine` to get it to work in Cassette under KO 2.0:

OK, turns out that while that script helps, it doesn't fix everything. In KO 2, there were more things added and the Cassette resource does not use the new KO 2 codebase. The compiler also needs to be updated with the latest code. I will give it a try.
