Description

## Problem

The Qt/QML live draft view contains Quick Draft readiness copy and does not expose current pack/scored-pack format context through the adapter. It cannot present Premier, Traditional, or Pick-Two state accurately.

## Proposed change

Extend the Qt adapter state and QML presentation with the detected draft format, rule-driven progress, and multi-card logical-pick summaries while keeping card recommendations as individual ranked rows.

## Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] The Qt state contract exposes format and the progress fields required by QML.
- [ ] Desktop readiness and live status name the detected format accurately.
- [ ] Pick-Two state can show both selected cards in one logical pick.
- [ ] Quick Draft desktop behavior remains unchanged apart from generalized wording/contracts.
- [ ] Unknown/incomplete drafts render a stable explicit state.
- [ ] The actual desktop workflow is visually exercised for every format.
- [ ] Focused adapter/QML tests and the changelog cover the new contract.

## Scope notes

No TUI/watch work and no redesign of the recommendation table.

Piste de recherche

Locate the Qt adapter state contract and the QML live draft view, then read the focused adapter/QML tests to understand the existing Quick Draft behavior. Exercise the desktop workflow for each format and verify the format, rule-driven progress, Pick-Two logical picks, unknown state, unchanged Quick Draft behavior, tests, and changelog match the acceptance criteria.
