Document supported draft formats and private-log handling

## Problem

README, package metadata, PRD, log-format, scoring, and audit documentation describe Draft Omen as Quick Draft-only and assume one card per pick. Contributors also need an explicit rule that raw Player.log samples are private development inputs, not repository fixtures.

## Proposed change

Update user and contributor documentation for the four supported formats, human-draft protocol at a schema level, format-specific ratings fallback, logical-pick/card-count terminology, limitations, and the private-log handling policy.

## Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] User-facing documentation lists Quick, Premier, Traditional, and Pick-Two accurately.
- [ ] Standard constructed is not presented as a synonym for Traditional Draft.
- [ ] Log-format documentation describes metadata-first detection and one-or-more selected IDs without copied raw-log excerpts.
- [ ] Scoring/audit documentation explains format mapping and multi-card logical-pick semantics.
- [ ] Contributor guidance explicitly forbids committing or publishing raw Player.log samples or player-identifying data.
- [ ] Package metadata and stale Quick-only copy are updated consistently.
- [ ] Documentation matches the verified end-to-end behavior and changelog.
