See who submitted a photo

Is there a way to see whom submitted a photo? E.g. in a database file?

Start by locating the database file and the entry point that records photo submissions. Check whether submitter information is already stored, then determine how the submitted photo and its submitter should be connected and how a user would view that relationship; the work is done when the submitter can be identified reliably.
