There is no form for adding the documetations

Since Adding Documentation to the website is an important thing, in this there is no option to add the documentation.
If we added the functionality for adding the documentation then it would be great.

Expected solution:
1. Since there are already models, so will create a new view that will work on the functionality of adding the documentation.
2. Creating Forms
3. Creating the HTML file having a form for adding the documentation.
