Not all the pages like documentation and languages will have a Welcome to DevDocs or a card. THey need a dynamic page to show content depending on the link selected. So if C++ is selected it will have navbar,contact, and necessary info along wit the base where there will be context about C++.
I have a few more changes in mind . If you think this is an apt issue lets talk more
