説明
According to the docs over at [gnome](https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/3.24/GtkTreeModel.html#gtk-tree-model-iter-nth-child) the `*_iter_nth_child` should be a setter for `iter`.
The current implementation performs a check `iter->stamp == STAMP_GOOD` and aborts. It should instead set `iter`.
Somehow gtk seems to function (in its current form) nonetheless.
