Hi, When using `make:entity` or `make:repository` will get a migration
Now, I want to execute `make:entity` or `make:repository` to get migration just like `make:migration ... --create=tablename`. (Like `make:entity name --create=tablename`)
I change RepositoryCommand, MigrationGenerator and EntityCommand to support it
Will be considered in the future?
