## Description:
I would like to propose a revamp of the GitHub issue form.
## Features like:
- Add a visual indicator (e.g., *) for mandatory input fields.
- Include a section prompting contributors to indicate if they searched for similar issues before raising a new one, to prevent issue duplication.
- Introduce a section asking if the issue raiser is interested in working on resolving the issue themselves.
### These features aim to enhance the user experience when creating new issues.
