Hello.
Step to reproduce:
1. Open any dropdown date/time picker, for exmpl: http://amsul.ca/pickadate.js/date/
2. Focus in field
3. After picker shown click on overlay
4. Click to another app
5. Then click back on picker page
6. picker will shown again, unexpected
