[bug] saveEvents option missing for amplitude init function

According to https://github.com/amplitude/Amplitude-TypeScript/commit/6fde736ca8a865462522082a8085673756dbcc7d **saveEvents** option is missing so there is no way to save events if user loses internet connection.
As well **saveEvents** option not works in previous versions of sdk

## Expected Behavior
**saveEvents** option back and work properly

## Current Behavior
missing **saveEvent** option and have no opportunity to track events with "lack of internet areas" like subway

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Install SDK
2. Mock "no internet connection" in Chrome DevTools
3. Track some events
4. Revert mock
5. Track some event(Also I tried to flush and have same result). Only 1 event sent

## Environment
- TS SDK Version: 0.5.1 and 1.1.2
- Installation Method: npm
- Browser and Version: Chrome Version 104.0.5112.79 (Official Build) (arm64)
