Run Your Application in the Development Environment - is not up to date

### Describe the issue with documentation

There is a section called `Run Your Application in the Development Environment` on our Docs. In that section, there are a few things that are not up to date:
1. The screenshot - the build and sandbox steps are deprecated

2. In the server folder of the generated code, we have two docker-compose files. The doc refers only to the `docker-compose.db.yml` file.

### How to solve the problem

1. Update the screenshot
2. fix the part that is related to the docker-compose files:
- add an explanation about the other docker-compose file
- OR: @morhag90 delete the `docker-compose.db.yml` file and explain only about the `docker-compose.yml` file
