Update blocker without refresh

If you run out of credits, you'll be blocked. If you come back to that blocked website after earning more credits, the UI doesn't update. This could be a problem in some cases. For example, I was composing a tweet then I ran out of credits. Users shouldn't lose progress (tweets, etc.) if they have to come back once they've earned credits.
