When Opening the app Maximized, theres a weird Jump

When starting the app with val state = rememberWindowState(placement = WindowPlacement.Maximized) the window in Windows 11 (just tested here) jumps. In a slomo video ive seen that it launches not fully maximized (theres still like a padding around the window) and in miliseconds it resizes to fill the full screen so thats where the jump occurs. I dont know what causes it because when clicking the maximize button that jump doesnt occur.
