Framerate and audio issues with different deck

Hi, we've recently added a second deck for DVCAM transfers, and are encountering issues when using it. It was recently serviced, and passthrough is fine, and Quicktime captures are fine, but using vrecord the video looks like its sped up or the frame rate is wrong, and the audio sounds slowed down. The deck that has been working well for us is a Sony DSR-1500A. The new one we're experiencing problems with is a Sony HVR-M15AU.

Any ideas?
