Auto-test / Auto-qualify mode

I'd like to suggest a feature for auto-testing or auto-qualification.

Ideally, the mode would ask the user to input some sort of a standardized test input, like SDI SMPTE bars (or it could have a mode for generalized input). Then, vrecord would capture video content and analyze the created files. The analysis of the files could include Mediaconch tests that verify the output files against specified policies. If the input was some sort of standardized test signal then QCTools could be run to ensure that the captured video signal is correct.
